Immobiliare.it Acquires Agent Tools Platform YouDomus

February 16, 2022

The Italian portal company Immobiliare.it has today announced that it has acquired agent tools platform YouDomus for an undisclosed sum.

YouDomus provides its agent subscribers with services such as background checks, property ownership monitoring and valuation as well as information from official land registry records. According to a press release, YouDomus has already been integrated with Immobiliare's existing agent-facing back-end and will help agents save time on bureaucracy.

"We are really pleased to announce this acquisition as a part of our historic goal of offering real estate agencies a complete 360-degree service that supports them in every segment of their business. Thanks to YouDomus’ new design and its integration in our management platforms, data, information, practices, and documents – which are often complex to understand, find and keep – are now easy to reach," Said Silvio Pagliani, co-founder of Immobiliare.it.

The new offering complements the portal's Immobiliare Insights data Platform which was launched in June 2021 and the company is planning to round out the suite of tools available to agents in the near future according to Pagliani:

"With our team specialized in the creation of tools and digital products, we have already implemented the next developments of YouDomus, to offer an even more effective and competitive service. In addition to the due diligence already available, we will complete the offer of services relating to anti-money laundering and the register of leases and preliminaries, together with many other services that we will launch shortly and on which we are actually working."

In the Italian market Immobiliare.it competes with Idealista.it and Casas.it which since January 2021 have been operated by the same company.
