Immobiliare.it acquires 51% of Realitycs

Immobiliare.it, a leading real estate portal in Italy, has recently acquired 51% of Realitycs, one of the top companies in the field of Big Data, Automatic Property Valuations (AVM) and value-added services for sector operators. 

Now a new service is available on Immobiliare.it which enables the calculation of the value of properties online.Nearly two decades after the introduction of the main real estate portals in Italy and Europe, the real estate sector is experiencing a new phase of strong innovative impulse, favored by technological advances in digital. 

This is the so-called Proptech, a term that defines and groups all the companies that are contributing to the innovation of real estate. In the Italian Proptech sector, and in particular in the real estate Big Data sector, the Realitycs project began in 2014, the year in which Simone Gadenz, together with other data scientists with whom he later co-founded the company, started work on the definition of evaluation approaches and on the implementation of analysis tools and decision support available on the market today.

The company provides the Automatic Real Estate Assessment (AVM) service to Immobiliare.it and other companies, such as Homepal and Casavo, thanks to which it is possible to calculate the market value of a property in just a few steps. Realitycs also offers the AVM service to various banks and management companies of NPL (Non-Performing Loans) for the valuation of their real estate stocks.

The acquisition of Realitycs allows Immobiliare.it to offer its users a new online real estate evaluation service. By entering all the main information, such as the address, floor dimensions etc., in just a few steps, the automatic system generates, very quickly, an estimate of the value of the home. This new service is complemented by the already available sales and rent price monitoring system for all Italian municipalities and individual districts in over one hundred cities.
