After its recent string of recruitment acquisitions, Menway is continuing its strategy of selective external growth. With this entry into the capital of MacAnders Group, it consolidates an unprecedented positioning on the French market by offering a tailor-made response to all the HR problems of companies.
Frédéric Clausier, President of MacAnders Group, explained that the merger would grant acceleration to the firm's "organic growth", as well as aid in pursuing "our selective and demanding external growth strategy in France and in Europe, primarily in Germany, BeNeLux, as well as in Italy, Spain and Switzerland."
The Menway Group is teaming up with one of the French leaders in consultancy for the headhunting of executives, experts, and managers. MacAnders Group, created over 15 years ago, has experienced significant growth since 2013, the year of the acquisition of Nemrod Ressources Humaines (now MacAnders Lyon). This performance is the product of an organic and external growth strategy that the association with the Menway Group will accelerate, in the logic of partnership and through the strong involvement of the historical partners of MacAnders Group who will invest alongside their new shareholder.
The association with MacAnders Group will de facto strengthen our leadership in our segment in France. The playing field is now European; I am delighted with the new development perspectives that we will be able to offer to our respective teams, within a group as agile and ambitious as a start-up.
Jean-Louis Petruzzi, President, Menway Group
This operation - carried out with the assistance of Mansartis and Me Alexandre Gass for the Menway Group and Richelieu Avocats for MacAnders Group - should allow the Menway group to post a turnover of around 200 million euros in 2019.
The Menway Group is the partner that provides us and our teams with the most appropriate field of expression, given its DNA resolutely turned towards entrepreneurship and its ambition both business and human. It allows us better than anyone to envisage synergies between our different businesses.
Marc-Édouard Brunelet, Managing Director, MacAnders Group
