HR platform Darwinbox prepares for an international expansion

Darwinbox, the Hyderabad-based transformative HR platform, is readying itself to venture into Southeast Asia with a headquarters expansion to Singapore. 

The company also plans to enter into Australia, Middle East, New Zealand and Africa in three years from now, in a phased manner.

The company has established its clientele in Singapore and wants to tap opportunities in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand. Over the course of 2019, the company will have staff employed in all these nations.

Darwinbox’s platform takes care of all HR needs across the employee life-cycle- from recruitment, onboarding, employee management, payroll, leave, transfer, and performance management to exit management. It also acts as a one-stop shop to streamline the recruitment and on-boarding process and has an evolutionary talent management system. Its solutions combine workflow with intelligent insights and smart interfaces.

Started in 2015, the company founded by Rohit Chennamaneni, Chaitanya Peddi, and Jayant Paleti, currently has over 4.5 lakh employees using the platform from 170 clients including Paytm, Myntra, Grofers, Delhivery, Spencer’s, Ekart, Nivea, Swiggy, GVK Bio and IMI Mobileetc. The company serves from four year-old unicorns to 150-year old legacy companies. It serves companies from across verticals including e-commerce, retail, chemicals, pharma and life sciences research.
