Houza.com Partners with Matterport's Largest Partner, Unwrapped Media, to Offer 3D Virtual Tours for Agents

Jumping on the proptech trend of adding 3D virtual tours, houza.com has entered a strategic partnership with digital media company, Unwrapped Media, to enhance its services and offer better pricing options to its network of property agencies. 

Through this partnership, houza agencies will be able to utilize Unwrapped Media’s special rates on its 3D virtual tours and photography technologies in order to enhance their own listings for consumers.

Though virtual tours aren’t new, the pandemic has escalated how quickly real estate platforms across the world developed ways to incorporate virtual tours into their product offerings. 

houza’s Chief Commercial Officer Matt Gregory explained:

“As a portal, supporting our agencies is high on our agenda, so by partnering with Unwrapped Media and making their innovative tools available to our Network, it will ensure agencies can best serve the modern and quality-driven property seeker.”

Unwrapped Media offers 3D virtual tours and HDR photography capabilities and is the largest provider and accredited partner of Matterport in the MENA region. Unwrapped Media is working with a number of other major developers to elevate their offerings for consumers in the Middle East, including Emaar, Meraas, ARENCO, Ithra Dubai and Nakheel.

Craig Jones, Managing Director of Unwrapped Media, commented: 

“The way consumers approach decisions has changed a great deal in the last 10 years and now mobile is the number one platform where a search for a product or service of any kind begins. Our fully edited tours are customizable and viewable on multi-screen format and all devices.

“The Matterport 360º doll’s house view of a unit can be zoomed in and out to give the user a smooth, fluid experience of the space. As part of our shoot, high resolution still images are also taken, negating the need for professional photography, and therefore cutting agencies’ cost on meeting different media requirements.”

This technology, coupled with Unwrapped Media’s aftercare and long-term lead tracking solutions means that houza’s agency Network will benefit greatly from this partnership.
