Houseful, the umbrella company of British number two portal Zoopla, has spun off Alto Software Group (ASG) into a standalone brand.
ASG, under one new corporate identity, comprises real estate agency software solutions, including Alto, Jupix, CFP, and Yourkeys. In particular, Alto is one of the most widely used CRMs in the British property sector.
Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, chief operating officer of Alto Software Group, said:
"This marks an exciting new chapter for ASG as we unveil our rebrand, cementing our position as the leading provider of software solutions in the UK. This transformation reflects our commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology that drives efficiency for agents and improves their day-to-day operations.
"In 2025, customers can look forward to a series of upgrades across our product suite, unlocking new opportunities for agents and driving innovation in the property industry. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing this journey with our partners."
The decoupling of Houseful and ASG comes a matter of weeks after Houseful entered a "last resort" consultation period for its software division regarding potential redundancies at the company. However, no job losses have been officially announced.
ASG introduced more than 100 updates across its platforms last year, including AI-generated property descriptions and property valuation reports, and the firm also relaunched its referrals platform.
