Homeonline.com Launches New Buyer Assistance Program

Dainik Bhaskar Group’s real estate marketplace, Homeonline.com, has launched a unique Buyer Assistance Program ‘Home Search Officer’.

Home Search Officer is a research product that allows house hunters to find their dream home, free of charge.

Vijay Garg, Business Head, Homeonline.com said:

“Even today home buying decision is not easy in India, this came across as the single biggest reason during our interaction with thousands home buyer, taking cue from this we came up with this unique concept. The home buyer can avail this service, where a dedicated ‘Home Search Officer’ is assigned to the buyer. The Home search officer then understands the buyer requirement, basis the brief the officer will identify properties; facilitate site visits, meetings, negotiation etc. We are very sure that this service will ease life of the home buyer and save them from the hassle of searching their dream home out of thousands of options available.”

He further added: 

“We are already the No.1 player in Bhopal, Raipur, Indore, and following the Bhaskar legacy of dominating the market in the shortest possible time. We have aggressive plans for this year, to begin with, we are launching this service immediately across Indore, Bhopal, and Raipur. By Sep’2019 we plan to expand our footprints across 60 cities in India.”
