The Australian real estate portal Homely.com.au has announced a partnership with the software provider InspectRealEstate (IRE).
Agencies integrated with Reapit-owned InspectRealEstate now have "apply" and "book" buttons on their Homely listings allowing the portal's users to book inspections and apply for tenancy directly.
According to the portal, the improvements are part of a broader strategy of collaboration with IRE to reduce friction and vacancy periods for landlords.
"We're always looking for ways to enhance our platform and offer the best services to our clients. This integration with InspectRealEstate reflects our commitment to staying ahead in the industry and ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and their potential renters."
“Our rental audience have a smoother rental experience and find the process more intuitive when booking or applying for their ideal property.” said Adam Spencer Co-CEO and Co-Founder, at Homely.
Homely is a Melbourne-based real estate portal operator founded in 2014 by brothers Adam and Jason Spencer. The portal was an early adopter of rich neighbourhood guides featuring user-generated reviews, a tactic it uses to compete for traffic against the likes of REA Group and Domain in the Australian market.
