Leading on-demand hiring platform for freelancers, Moonlighting, and leading provider of workforce and national staffing solutions, Headway Workforce Solutions, have recently announced a new partnership.

As part of the partnership, Headway will promote over 7,000 on-going freelance jobs and projects throughout 2019 including field interviews, research studies, "work from home" representatives and assistants as well as part-time analysts, sales consultants, and various general labor and event positions.

"Headway has been a leader in part-time and project sourcing solutions for over three decades," shared JP Sakey, CEO of Headway Workforce Solutions. "Moonlighting's platform solution provides us access to candidates ready to work on-demand with an innovative mobile solution that complements our workforce solution."

To create a faster on-demand hiring experience for Headway, Moonlighting will help recruit freelancers using their new MOON API (Mobile Optimized, ON-demand) which was launched in November. The MOON API allows staffing companies and recruiters to easily share on-demand jobs and access over 700K freelancers in the Moonlighting network.

Founded in 2014, Moonlighting has been helping freelancers and entrepreneurs start, build, and grow their own personal small businesses and can be found in over 150 news media sites including the Chicago Tribune, LA Times, Miami Herald, and USATODAY.

"Headway has a long and successful history of helping companies identify and hire quality workers to fulfill gig oriented jobs," said Jeff Tennery, Founder and CEO of Moonlighting. "Moonlighting has built a smart platform that leverages AI technology to make it easier and faster for companies like Headway to find the right freelancers at the right place and at the right time. We are thrilled to partner with them and help them fulfill their clients' needs."
