Freelance catering platform, Freely, talks the benefits of healthy competition

Freely has quickly becoming the popular second freelance catering platform in the Netherlands - but rather than consider the competition a burden...

To repeat the principle briefly: entrepreneurs can place short-term assignments (shifts) on the online platform of Freely against an hourly wage that they determine themselves. Freelancers can respond to this. The entrepreneur then chooses from the profiles of the candidates the person who best fits the job. For example, catering companies that are faced with outstanding vacancies can still be provided with staff during busy periods.

Honest and transparent

Because Freely does not work with automatic acceptance, as an entrepreneur you decide who will be on the work floor. Can't find a match? Then you do not accept anyone, and the shift goes - honest and transparent. Freely sees that there is a need for a low-threshold platform, with the emphasis on service and thinking. Feedback is more than welcome at the company.

Freely looked around well at other platforms, and decided to tackle it differently in some areas. For example, the platform offers freelancers the opportunity to opt for health insurance, compensation, disability insurance and pension accrual.
