Filipino Homes develops and launches app for home buyers and sellers

This Cebu-based property solutions provider has launched its own mobile app to enable buyers and sellers a wide range of real estate listings across the Philippines on the go.

The Filipino Homes app, which can be downloaded in both Android and iOs platforms, is another innovation the Filipino Homes Group has recently embarked on, said its founder and Chief Executive Officer Anthony Gerard Leuterio.

“This is the first app of its kind in the Philippines that provides lists of nationwide properties, including 550 developers with 1,300 projects that buyers can choose from,” said Leuterio.

The app, according to Leuterio, gives buyers convenience as they can select which brokers to do business with and do direct negotiations real time.

“What is unique with this platform is it has a three-sided model. Agents can help agents; buyers can choose their preferred agents on the listing; agents can look for buyers and ask support from their co-agents,” he explained.

Leuterio said in this digital age it is imperative for businesses to invest in technology to make operations easier and render services to customers smoothly and effectively.
