FazWaz Breaks into the Cambodian Market

Thai proptech and real estate marketplace, FazWaz, has announced that it is moving into the Cambodian property market. The expansion hopes to pump some much-needed support into the new-build property market. 

The new Head of Business Development at FazWaz Cambodia and Founder of Realestate.com.kh,Moek Chenda, explained:

“We are the first truly tech-enabled agency in Cambodian history, powered by the leading real estate marketing networks of Realestate.com.kh and partner channels both locally and Worldwide, and this company will be driven by the most talented salaried and non-salaried sales team possible on the ground in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville.”

Realestate.com.kh is part of a joint venture with FazWaz Group in Thailand and makes up a section of the Digital Classifieds Group in Cambodia, which is the Australian owner of Realestate.com.kh and FazWaz Cambodia

With the help of Realestate.com.kh, FazWaz Cambodia will be able to better leverage lead generation from Realestate.com.kh’s local and international media outlets along with access to FazWaz Thailand’s network of international buyers and its high-end technology.
