Spanish temp employment and HR firm, Eurofirms, has recently announced the acquisition of Mallorca-based digital job search platform Forempresa.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition does not include Forempresa’s Foundation for Training and Research which will continue to be owned by former Forempresa General Director Jordi Mora.
Founded in 2006, Forempresa specialises in business training services and talent development consulting.
