Encuentra24.com is an online classifieds platform catering property, vehicle, jobs, and electronics for sale by owners and agents from Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and the Central American marketplaces.

The classifieds giant has published highlighted numbers surrounding the platform’s recent traffic trends within three specific markets. The company has seen impressive growth when it comes to real estate search numbers in El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama. Specifically, internet searches for new apartment listings have spiked 151% between July and October of this year.

El Salvador

In Honduras, the data showed searches for apartment listings grew 51% while in El Salvador, the number spiked 352%.

When it comes to website traffic within El Salvador, Encurentra24 ranked 5th.

Costa Rica

When it comes to Costa Rica, internet searches for apartment listings have tripled between the same period of time (July 2020 through October 2020), jumping to a number that beats Netflix’s numbers when it comes to users in the country.

Panama

The report found that the number of users searching for an apartment to rent increased by 151%.

This increase puts Encuentra24 in the second position on most visited sites in Panama, just behind Banco General.
