Emoov, UK-based hybrid property portal that was put up for sale last year, has finally found a buyer after months of struggling to acquire an adequate suitor. Ivan Ramirez, the company's former CEO, is now the new owner of Emoov.

Ramirez is a technology entrepreneur, with experience in sales & sales management, purchasing, contract negotiations, project management, product launch, product development, e-commerce, P&L management, and more.

Sources claim he is backed by a Russian venture capitalist, named as Kite Ventures. Kite Ventures is a global investment company that specializes in marketplace and transactional network investments for startups and early stage companies. It focuses on high technology and internet investments. The firm seeks to invest in companies in Europe and New York.

The firm’s brand and technology is the essence of the deal, reported to be worth a modest  £300,000. Eight months ago, the Emoov group was valued at up to £125m.
