Russian real estate vertical DomClick has introduced a new subscription service for realtors.

Dubbed DomClick Pro, the new service offers agents the chance to promote their listings and accelerated verification of new listings, as well as offering clients discounted mortgages from the likes of Sberbank (parent company of DomClick).

DomClick Pro has three subscription levels: starting from Standard, to Optimum, with Maximum as the top offering, which highlights listings on the search map and also shows more data about the listing agent.

Maximum subscribers also get the added benefit of having a clickable link on listings to drive traffic to their website. Browsers who add a Maximum agent's listing to their favourites list will also qualify for discounts and other incentives.

At the bottom of the pyramid, Standard subscribers get access to branded promotions on ads and a discount on advertisement placements.

Meanwhile, all subscribers will qualify for a 0.3% discount on a mortgage once their ad has been verified, but the rate of acceleration depends on which package the agent is subscribed to.

Agents are expected to post an average of 20 properties per 90 days to qualify for the DomClick Pro service.
