So far, approximately 600 participants are anticipated to come together for the initiative created by the Philippines’ Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
These participants are composed of online professionals, freelancers’ organisations, digital career advocates, industry players and government representatives.
According to a recent press release, DICT is set to conduct the third iteration of the Philippine Impact Sourcing Conference (PISCON) 2019 in line with its continuing mission to empower local digital entrepreneurs with ICT-based knowledge and skills.
One of the highlights of the two-day event is the launch of the digitaljobsPH program, which is a rebrand of Rural Impact Sourcing (RIS) program.
