City Relay is aiming to push property profits with latest acquisition

June 26, 2019

A short-letting management company has recently acquired a proptech platform. It says it will use this buyout to "see their true profit potentials" in their listings.

City Relay is one of a large number of management firms for short lets in London and on Google’s listings it describes itself as “Airbnb Management Service London”.

It has snatched up OutSwitch, a platform which itself claims to “automate the variation of prices to match market demand by applying smart rules”.

“Our acquisition … will … provide hosts with a streamlined platform which is not currently offered in the industry. City Relay is committed to providing the highest quality short term let management services and moving forward OutSwitch is going to enable us to have our own yield management platform” says the management firm’s Founder and Chief Executive Maxime Leufroy-Murat.
