Leading independent real estate agency, Chancellors, has recently joined OnTheMarket to help market their 'New & exclusive' properties. The benefits of joining OTM include; allowing users to see newly added properties advertised approximately two days before they're advertised on any other major portal, like Rightmove, Zoopla, and PrimeLocation. These 'New & exclusive' listings will appear at the top of search lists, which will spread to more eyes and generate more interest.

We have been impressed by both the quality and the increasing quantity of leads coming to us from OnTheMarket as it has ramped up its spend, focused its advertising message on the thousands of new properties it gets before Rightmove or Zoopla and grown its base of agents and listings.
"The portal has delivered value beyond our expectations. In particular, we have been impressed by the proportion of "unique" leads which OnTheMarket provides us. Our analysis shows that approximately two-thirds of the email leads are from a new, discrete audience of property-seekers rather than duplicating those from other portals. In view of all this, we decided to adopt a general policy of launching new-to-market sole agency instructions 24 to 48 hours before displaying them on any other portal.
