Grupo Select manages more than 50 properties in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen areas, including Hotel AcroIris in Tulum, according to a press release.
In the merger, Casago plans to take over onsite operations for properties managed by Grupo Select. By acquiring the Grupo Select properties, Casago looks to manage more than 100 properties in the region.

Casago, headquartered in Scottsdale, has served property owners throughout the American Southwest and Mexico since 2001. With 14 existing markets, the latest partnership expands the “Casago footprint” in the Yucatán Peninsula.

Property owners will have access to Casago’s exclusive tracking software that provides full real-time transparency for monitoring reservations, maintenance, billings, revenue, and maid service, the release detailed.
Casago will add listings to 200 vacation websites, reaching a potential 24 million guests and 11,000 travel agents to help owners increase bookings. Casago’s staff has close relationships with local boards and conducts background screenings for renters, the release noted.
Casago, formerly known as Sea Side Reservations, provides vacation rental and property management services across Mexico and in select U.S. cities, the release added.
