Alonso stated that SOCRATES is the result of the feedback received from HR Managers and Recruitment Officers for some of the largest employers in Latin America.
Buskeros launched its MVP in October 2019 in Miami and Santo Domingo, where it held Beta Testing Meetings with dozens of potential clients, who published jobs on the platform and offered valuable insights on their needs.
“We listened and watched closely how recruiters used our platform, and what functionalities they were missing. We also tried to understand applicant needs and frustrations by interacting closely with them using Portal.chat’s AI chatbot to capture their insights,” added Alonso.
Amelia Vergaray, Head of UX/UI at Buskeros, explained that in designing the new system her team focused on accessibility and allowing the users to aggregate and manage the applicants funnel. “Many of the functionalities we’ve created for employers in SOCRATES, are designed to improve the communication with the applicants, so they receive feedback on their application, its status and their positioning in the process,” explained Amelia.
“The other key features deal with how to promote each individual job application, which includes a variety of ad formats within the Buskeros eco-system, such as display, search, social, outbound and referral network campaigns,” added José Ramón Alonso, Buskeros’ CMO.
“After several proofs of concept projects run with leading employers in the market, we have shown our customers that we can deliver the right applicants to the right jobs, using all the different tools in a marketer’s digital toolbox, what we call the Buskeros Eco-System,” concluded Alonso.
