British Off-Market Specialist Portal Invisible Homes Extends Investment Round

May 31, 2024

The British off-market property portal Invisible Homes has extended its angel investment round after surpassing its initial funding target of £600,000.

The portal was founded in 2018 by former London estate agent Mark Wells and aims to help homebuyers connect with boutique agents and bid on properties in London before they appear on major portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.

Invisible Homes uses an AI-powered algorithm to match potential buyers with their ideal off-market homes. The portal claims that owners looking to sell can "avoid negative digital footprints" thanks to listings with "no Google trace, Date Stamp or Price Reduction history".

The new funding will be allocated towards developing a new website and marketing the business to larger multi-branch real estate agencies.
