Belgian PropTech company Nodalview has raised a €4m funding round from existing investors Profounder Capital, K Fund and Volta Ventures as well as new investor finance&invest.brussels.

Nodalview specialises in 'Listing Tech' for real estate professionals offering 3d tours, videos and floor plans. The company also has a social media management product and a tool for agents to track the visibility of their listings across the internet.

The round will be used to enhance its product offering and consolidate in its core markets of Belgium and France where company research shows that 88% of listings on the leading portals only have basic photos to attract buyers.

"We have seen the real estate sector evolve towards a more digitized and connected ecosystem. Customer experience expectations are high and will only increase in the future. We continue to believe that finding your next home is an important step in everyone's life and we are delighted to continue to support real estate agents to make this experience better and easier for everyone," said Nodalview, CEO Thomas Lepelaars

The round brings the amount raised by Nodalview since its foundation in 2016 to over €10 million.
