Beamery, the Talent Operating System, has recently announced the release of Search Assist, a first-of-its-kind search powered by Behavioural Boolean. This new release allows users to easily combine keywords, geographic and historic data with live behavioural data and candidate interactions into sophisticated search strings that pinpoint highly relevant talent in their CRM database.
Now companies using Beamery's Talent CRM and Marketing suite can dramatically reduce the time it takes to identify and engage qualified, available talent by more accurately gauging candidate interest and intent.
"Recruiting data is the currency of every employer's recruiting program," said Sultan Saidov, Beamery's Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder. "With these newest enhancements, we're empowering employers to surface and prioritise candidates based on not only their relevance but their intent, as well as allowing companies to leverage the investment they've made in attracting previous applicants."
Gauge Candidate Intent & Interest: Customers can combine traditional search data points with signals of intent, interest, and interaction to pinpoint the right candidate for each open vacancy.
Automate searches: Customers can also leverage Recipe workflows to automate repeatable searches across their CRM database and connected applicant tracking systems, to autofill talent pools with candidates that match search filters on an ongoing basis. In this instance, Search Assist acts as a virtual sourcer, matching profiles and filling talent pools in the background.
Search intelligence across the web: In addition to the most advanced internal search capabilities, Beamery has tools for users searching external sites. Users simply add the prospect's name in a browser window and the Beamery extension will reveal if the candidate is already in their database and whether or not they are engaged.
Many of these new features and search filters were inspired by feedback from Beamery's active user community and customer advocates. While Beamery is designed and developed by CRM and Marketing experts, customer product suggestions drive innovation across the company and are regularly included in the product roadmap.
