Axel Springer purchases MeilleursAgents for 200m euros

Axel Springer recently announced that it had the acquisition of French online real estate agent MeilleursAgents in a deal valued at 200 million euros ($219 million) has been completed.

This purchase follows Axel Springer’s earlier acquisitions of SeLoger and Logic-Immo, the German company said in a statement.

Axel Springer, through its subsidiary AVIV, today completed the total acquisition of MeilleursAgents, the leading online real estate valuation provider in France. Axel Springer, owner of SeLoger and Logic-Immo, is expanding the value chain of its French real estate portals and strengthening its existing offerings that help real estate agents win new sales mandates. Internationally, the company’s real estate portals will benefit from MeilleursAgents’ expertise in online real estate valuation.

With the acquisition of MeilleursAgents, AVIV is also further expanding its data competence in France, increasing the transparency of real estate markets and expanding the range of services offered by SeLoger and Logic-Immo.
