Three Axel Springer owned property platforms in France are teaming up to put agents in the shop window. The idea behind the 'Expérience Vendeurs' campaign is to showcase agents' achievements and services across Axel Springer's network of sites in France which have a reported 22 million unique monthly users between them.
Agents will be given a digital showcase that they will be able to update with information on the properties they have sold and opinions from satisfied customers. Crucially these showcases will all be hosted on pages on the powerful portal domains helping to add ranking power and draw users in from Google search.
Speaking about his company's new shop window for French agents, Jean-Briac Lorcy Head of new business SeLoger and Logic-immo said:
“By joining forces with Meilleur Agents, the SeLoger Group offers real estate agents THE essential prospecting solution on the market: 100% digital and absolutely unparalleled, it highlights their expertise with all sellers in reflection or with an imminent sales project! Both simple and efficient, built with agents to meet the new challenges of securing a mandate, this offer perfectly meets the current expectations of real estate market players ”
Axel Springer's latest move to keep agents happy in the French market comes after agent-owned rival Bien'Ici revealed it had received €23 million from its agent members to go on a marketing offensive back in February. According to French agent publication l'Agence, the three websites being used for the initiative complement each other with SeLoger having a powerful national brand, Logic-Immo being strong regionally and MeilleursAgents being a respected starting point for many French vendors on their research journey.
Although both part of Axel Springer's Aviv Group sub-division of European classifieds companies, MeilleursAgents is not part of the SeLoger Group which apart from its eponymous portal and Logic-Immo also operates several other vertical sites including luxury real estate portals Belles Demeures and Lux Residence.
