The latest AI-boosted integration has hit the market with US-based Unlisted introducing a search function using OpenAI's ChatGPT product.
The search function is in beta and has open access to Unlisted's database of over 121M off-market properties across the United States.
Prospective buyers can now use the ever-expanding ChatGPT AI solution to search for off-market properties in the US using conversational search terms. Search results are then given a percentage rating based on how closely a property matches the search terms.
Katie Hill, founder and CEO at Unlisted, said:
"Unlisted is thrilled to be the first real estate technology to offer ChatGPT-enabled home search to all our users.
"This innovation aligns with our commitment to connect people and real estate in all new ways to create more opportunities for buyers, sellers, agents, and the industry as a whole."
Marketed as the residential real estate technology platform where "off-market is no longer off-limits", Unlisted is a specialist off-market property portal launched in 2022, claiming to be the only residential real estate platform for off-market properties nationally.
Unlisted allows buyers to find off-market homes they like and send personal notes and care packages with treats like chocolate bars and cookies to the homes' owners. Owners can then respond to buyers through a secure and anonymous chat where the two parties explore the possibility of a home sale now or in the future.
