Aggity launches an HR management solution based on artificial intelligence

Aggity, a Spanish multinational expert in the digitalization and socialization of companies, has launched a new solution for HR management based on artificial intelligence (AI) and a special focus on talent management.

The integration of artificial intelligence in the new solution, called BesTalent AI by aggity, allows exponential growth in standards of professional career development in a way more consistent with the user's skills and objectives, and taking into account multiple points of view both for the company and for each worker.

An aggity analysis based on data collected in pilot tests of its new solution in various clients has shown that the integration of AI in the management of work teams has increased group productivity by up to 42%. Also noted was a clear and simultaneous increase of employee satisfaction in a range of 60 - 70% - a fundamental condition for retaining talent within an organization.

The data reveals that companies reduce up to 30% the administrative time dedicated to management, 20% the level of absenteeism, and up to 30% of the salary mass thanks to the better planning of workloads.

The BesTalent AI solution is the result of the evolution of HR management software, Denario, acquired by aggity last May, its integration with the GTT solution (Work Time Management), and the incorporation of artificial intelligence algorithms.

The software consists of six modules: day registration, planning, budgets, payroll, training and employee portal, which revolve around a core, called Talent AI, which allows each of these areas to be able to use automated artificial intelligence tech according to the needs of each organization.
