Accenture announces acquisition of Pragsis Bidoop to bolster machine learning

Leading global professional services company providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, digital technology and more, Accenture, has recently announced the acquisition of Pragsis Bidoop, a Spanish company with a long history in big data, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Pragsis Bidoop, with headquarters in Madrid and offices in Barcelona and the United Kingdom, will be integrated into the Applied Intelligence area of ​​Accenture and will provide more than 200 professionals specialized in the indicated technologies, as well as its portfolio of end-to-end solutions.

The incorporation of Pragsis Bidoop will contribute to further improve the way in which the Accenture Applied Intelligence area serves its customers in Europe and Latin America. This area helps companies scale, at the corporate level, artificial intelligence, analytics and automation to make data-based decisions.

Founded in 2004, Pragsis Bidoop occupies an important position in the Spanish market of big data, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The company has a wide portfolio of clients, among which IBEX 35 companies as well as multinational companies with presence in Mexico, Brazil and other Latin American markets.

Pragsis Bidoop specializes in the provision of services for corporations from many different industries, from banking and insurance to retail, energy, railways, public and pharmaceutical sectors.
