The Navent owned property portals Urbania and Inmuebles24 have released a TV advert campaign named “Windows” to bring their brands front of mind for home hunters in Peru and Mexico. The adverts are lighthearted, 15-second vignettes that play on the theme of what a home means to people.

We have seen several leading portals turn to TV ads in recent weeks as the Autumn season approaches. Like the new offering from Peruvian portal Urbania and Mexican portal Inmuebles24, many of the adverts have tended to focus on the idea of ‘home’ and how its definition might have changed for people over recent months. These latest adverts from the Navent-owned portals were the brainchild of Marketing agency Together w/, whose Managing Director remarked of the adverts’ message:

“In the current difficult circumstances, the new brand message asks how people are re-evaluating their home more and more.” [Translated from Spanish]

In its tone and use of pathos, the latest offering from Navent is similar to that of  Zoopla’s recent advertising campaign whose slogan is: we know what a home is really worth.
