The German property portal, ImmoScout24 has launched a fresh ad campaign which will have as its key slogan “Sell better - with brokers”.

Highlighting the exceptionalism and highly emotive nature of property transactions the central theme of the ads will be that despite the different motivations and lives of the protagonists, they all manage to sell their properties in an efficient and stress-free manner using a broker. The ultimate message is that ImmoScout can connect sellers with the right agent from among its 17,000 certified broker customers.

ImmoScout Managing Director Ralf Weitz said of the campaign: “The corona pandemic is keeping us all in suspense. The real estate market coped with the difficult times robustly. However, we know about the challenging situation of our broker customers. As a partner at your side, we clarify your important function as an intermediary between owners and property seekers with emotional images.” [Translated from German]

The subject of the ad campaign from the German market leader is interesting in that it is similar to the campaign launched by Realestate.com.au in Australia launched back in August. Both adverts put agencies front and centre and aim to dissuade people from using non-traditional means to sell a house.
