The 5th Annual PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards was recently held and over 30 trophies were taken home to some of the top real estate developers in the nation.

Sponsoring the event were such names as CBRE Cambodia, the Cambodian arm of CBRE, as the gold sponsor and Hitachi Elevators & Escalators as platinum. CBRE is a United States-based commercial real estate services developer and provider with presence around the world.

Hari V. Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of PropertyGuru Group, said:

“We are optimistic that the winners and Highly Commended recipients of the PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards will lead the way in helping property seekers find better, wider options in homes and other kinds of real estate across the kingdom. These outstanding projects truly testify to the endurance and resilience that the builders of the country's skylines exemplify in these extraordinary times.”

This is great publicity for smaller and lesser-known companies. PropertyGuru holds these award ceremonies in countries around Southeast Asia throughout the world, inviting real estate companies to gather in one place where they can network and share their own personal experience and industry insights.

With most events like this held virtually, PropertyGuru held this one as close to usual as possible. With onsite preparations, temperature checks for guests and staff, distribution of masks for all hotel staff associate with the event, and plenty of hand sanitizer.
