The sales and lettings platform has rung in the new year with five new franchises to its already impressive portfolio.
Among them are; Julia Stewart has converted her independent Reading lettings agency to EweMove; Steve Lishman has opened his franchise in Aylesbury and is known for raising £100,000 for good causes in the area; Jeff Wynn has opened his branch of EweMove in Barnet after selling his own agency last year; David Walker has taken on the Horsforth and Adel patch in Yorkshire after a 40-year career in corporate agency; and Nikki Smith has rebranded to EweMove in Gloucester and is transferring her 70-property managed portfolio.
Each franchisee is a real property expert and is devoted to serving their local community. They hold their customer’s hand from start to finish and become their trusted property friend. This ethos has resulted in almost half of EweMove’s business coming from personal recommendations.
EweMove is one of many services under the umbrella of The Property Franchise Group PLC, which manages properties within the United Kingdom. The company provides residential letting, estate agency, and property management services to tenants and landlords. It offers its services under the CJ Hole, Ellis & Co, Ewemove, Martin & Co, Parkers, and Whitegates brands.
