Utility Software Services acquired by Australian job search site, ApplyDirect

ApplyDirect, the job search site based in Australia, has recently announced the acquisition of consultancy firm Utility Software Services.

The share sale agreement is for AUD 3.6 million (USD 2.5 million) and the offer comprises approximately 132.9 million new ApplyDirect shares.

Utility Software Services, founded in 2014, specialises in Business Process Management, Energy Consulting, IT Consulting and Insights and Analytics.

ApplyDirect also announced that its current CEO Lorcan Barden will step down and ApplyDirect founder and Chief Technology Officer Bryan Petereit will take over as CEO.
