SBC Travel's crypto-enabled hotel booking platform launches

It seems that nowadays, you can purchase anything with cryptocurrency. That trend is expanding with the creation of SBC Travel, a new travel agency that accepts payments of cryptocurrency. SBC Travel's will launch with an inventory of 175,000 hotels and accommodation providers across over 185 countries. The service will be mostly powered by Hotelbeds, a global leading bankbed.

The company is led by Daryn Griggs, CEO of Swiss Bloc Capital, a Swiss holding company that owns Singapore-based SBC Travel. Bookings paid with cryptocurrency receive a more discounted rate than those booked with other forms of payment.
