RiseSmart debuts new mobile outplacement app in India

RiseSmart, a subsidiary of Randstad as well one of the biggest talent mobility companies, will be the very first and sole provider to begin offering native outplacement on a mobile app, allowing those in the program to push their career transitions. The app will be available in 12 different languages, in the Apple Store and Google Play Store, and the app will give consumers a career counselor at any time they need it. Users can set up coaching meetings, sign up for and attend webinars, go to group sessions, or even get access to new job opportunities on a map to help understand their potential new commute.

Mobile devices surpassed desktop usage in 2014, and today nearly 60 percent of digital media is consumed on smartphones and tablets. This reliance on mobile is evident among RiseSmart’s program participants who have shown a three-fold increase in attendance to webinars and group sessions via mobile devices.
