We're excited! After a two-year covid break the Property Portal Watch conference is returning to our home city of Madrid in just over three weeks' time. In anticipation, we thought we'd give a rundown of everything you need to know about the conference...
Despite the economic turmoil in much of Europe, ticket sales are coming along well. So well in fact that there are only 80 left! Get your ticket while you can here.
We've also extended September pricing until the close of business tomorrow (Wednesday the 5th of October). So save yourself some money and some stress by getting your tickets now.
We've got a good mix of market leaders, innovative business models and something a little bit different. Alongside regular favourites such as our Chairman Simon Baker and EIV founder Malcolm Myers, companies you'll see on stage at Property Portal Watch include:
We've signed up a few more exciting speakers this week to round out the agenda as well...
We're still finalizing the agenda and if you are desperate to speak to a crowd of hundreds of real estate marketplace bosses, then get in touch - we might be able to squeeze you in. You can see the full agenda for the three days here.
The Pitch Club we held in Miami (below) in June for the Global Online Marketplaces Summit was a great success and we'll be doing the same in Madrid. Real estate marketplace and PropTech startups will be pitching to our shark tank of experienced investors.
If you think your startup business deserves the exposure, get in touch. We can still expand the Pitch Club this year and there are special tickets priced for startups available.
As usual, the list of attendees for Property Portal Watch includes a who's who of market-leading real estate portals from across Europe and beyond. Apart from those on the image below, some of the big-name portal companies signed up include Scout24, Emlakjet, Ingatlan, TradeMe, Aqarmap, Lifull and Alma Media.
Property Portal Watch Madrid will be taking place from Wednesday the 26th to Friday the 28th of October at the five-star Novotel Madrid Center Hotel - a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport.
Attendees get a significant discount on rooms at the hotel and having celebrated the conference there before several times we can confirm that it is a very nice place to be.
We pack plenty of content into the three days with presentations and panel sessions running from 09:00 until 18:00 on the first two days (with plenty of breaks in between, don't worry). On the final day we wrap things up by 13:00 so you'll be able to make a late afternoon flight home.
Property Portal Watch has lasted 13 years because it does more than just give a platform for great presentations. The conference is legendary for its networking and we make sure there are plenty of opportunities for attendees to meet their new customers, investors, advisors or industry contacts.
The event has regular breaks as well as sponsored cocktail events. This year we even have what our Head of Events, Lola is mysteriously referring to as a 'special cultural surprise' for attendees.
We know you'll be there on business but it doesn't hurt to have fun while you're in Madrid.
It looks like it isn't just us who are excited by the return of Property Portal Watch. We've been speaking to presenters, sponsors, suppliers and attendees and the buzz is real.
We don't want you to take our word for it though. Property Portal Watch is worth attending and people have been saying some very nice things about it in the YouTube playlist below.
We couldn't have put it any better than EIV founder and regular speaker Malcolm Myers did when we spoke to him a few weeks ago...
