The ASX-listed property technology company The PropTech Group (ASX: PTG) has announced that it has made a series of organizational changes to bolster its leadership team.
The Melbourne-based company has promoted three employees from within including two who joined from recently acquired companies.
Luke Paverd has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Paverd joined the company when the CRM startup he founded, Eagle Software was acquired last year. He replaces departing COO Bill Nikolouzakis, who paid tribute to the company's team in a Linkedin post.
Joe Hanna, Group CEO and Managing Director of the PropTech Group said of his new COO: “Luke Paverd has nearly a decade of experience building real estate CRM software. He is a master team builder and product visionary who will greatly contribute as COO. In his new role, he will help shape and deliver on our product roadmap and vision for the future."
Luke Thomas was been promoted to Group Chief Commercial Officer having previously held the position of COO at Website Blue, a website design and development company acquired by PTG in 2021.
“Luke Thomas is an industry expert who understands the commercial opportunities and challenges better than perhaps anyone. In his new role, he will oversee the commercialization of strategic partnerships, third party integrations, and training services, as well as ensure franchise groups get the best possible value from PropTech Group products", commented Hanna.
Meanwhile, the Group's Head of Marketing, Audrey Nicoll, has been promoted to Group Chief Marketing Officer having joined the company last year.
“Audrey is a creative and data driven master marketer. In her new role, she will focus on efficient growth and increasing revenue with both product-led and group-wide initiatives", said Hanna.
The PropTech group is a leading provider of CRM software for agents in its native Australia as well as in New Zealand and The United Kingdom. Since acquiring MyDesktop from Domain and relisting on the ASX in 2020, the company has expanded its suite of products and now offers agents the VaultRE and Eagle CRM systems as well as website development and servicing platform Website Blue, which the company acquired in 2021.
More recently PropTech Group has entered into a joint venture with three payments and financing specialists to develop a BNPL solution for agents to offer their clients for all manner of real estate transactions as well as launching a property management product.
