Fastest-growing job marketplace in the UK, CV-Library, has begun 2019 with many significant changes in the company's senior management. Lee Biggins, Founder, has maintained his position as Managing Director since 2013, but will now move up to CEO. In his footsteps, Deputy Managing Director, John Salt, will become Managing Director after a successful six months with the company.
CV-Library is also delighted to welcome Andy Summers to the business, who will be replacing Katherine Spice as IT Director. In her six years at CV-Library, Spice has overseen the rapid development of the popular job board’s recruitment technology and has grown the IT department from just five team members, to 45 people strong.
With 28 years’ experience in IT and a wealth of technical and digital experience, Summers will be instrumental in continuing to drive the technical team forward and maintaining the company’s position as the UK’s leading independent job board.
Biggins comments on CV-Library's recent management team changes: "Our senior management team plays a crucial role in the company's success and it's been fantastic to work with John over the past six months. He is really making his mark on our business and I'm confident that he will continue to drive the company forward and work closely with the wider management team to help achieve our goals."
