ASF student accommodation search engine to get automated feed

February 6, 2019

There's a student accommodation marketplace that's looking to bring automated feeds services for letting agents and landlords who sport large property portfolios.

The service, from the Accommodation For Students platform, enables agents to connect with a pool of potential student tenants; until now agents and landlords have had to upload properties manually and login to deactivate them when they were no longer available.

The new feed will enable them to upload multiple properties in any format in real time.

Accommodation For Students helps students worldwide to find student accommodation and housemates, as well as help student landlords, private halls and letting agents to reach students.

Accommodation for Students was founded in June 2000 by two university students who experienced first hand the difficulties with finding student accommodation.  Unlike other student accommodation websites, all of the properties featured on the ASF website are available to let and the database is up to date. Landlords/agents pay to advertise and their properties are removed once let.
