OnTheMarket Offering Free Leadership Coaching to Agents

October 15, 2021

OnTheMarket has announced a partnership with business coaching firm Property Academy which will see some of the British portal's agent customers offered free training.

The training sessions are aimed at management and senior leadership and will be available either in person or on-demand for 30 days afterwards.

In charge of the training is well known British agency industry figure Peter Knight who has personally coached and mentored OnTheMarket's recently appointed ex-agent CEO Jason Tebb and who coaxed some very forthright answers from him in a recent interview.

Tebb, who has been widely credited in the industry for listening to agents and being open to new ideas, took to Linkedin to share the news:

As the agency profession increasingly comes to rely on technology and has to comply with more regulations, training is becoming a good way for portal companies to add value for their customers. Earlier this week Rightmove announced that through its training program 10,000 agents had received certification for completing a course on agent responsibilities around GDPR.
