The 24th Property Portal Watch Conference was held in November, in Spain’s capital city, where a record 400 attendees from 48 countries convened at the Novotel Center, to address key issues facing their businesses.

Over the course of three days, some of the top names in online property classifieds and marketplaces witnessed 40+ speakers from around the world present on this year's theme of "From Classifieds to Marketplaces."

Among the attending delegates was Beatriz Toribio, Studies and Public Affairs, Fotocasa & Habitalia, who also had a one-on-one interview with industry leader and founder of Property Portal Watch, Simon Baker.

When Baker asked Toribio to highlight some of the challenges which Fotocasa has faced with the business so far, Toribio stated that one of the top concerns for the Spanish-based property portal is the customer experience.
