Major commercial staffer within the southeastern U.S. and ten-time winner of the ClearlyRated’s Best in Staffing® award, Hire Dynamics, has recently announced that Jon Neff will be stepping up to the plate as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In this role, Neff will oversee the company’s growth within its Southeastern U.S. stronghold while simultaneously defining growth, quality and culture for Hire Dynamics’ 34 branches and 40 onsites.
A co-founder of the company with college roommate Dan Campbell in 2001, Neff has served as Hire Dynamics’ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since its origins. In this role, which he will retain moving forward, Neff oversees the company’s consistent financial growth through sound accounting review, planning and forecasting, and adjustment of plans to account for industry trends. Neff also led Hire Dynamics’ 2017 acquisition of Carolinas commercial staffing company StaffMasters, a transaction which significantly increased the company’s size.
