Ancaster High School student Lucas Gordon is the creator of RedReach, an online job-board for youth employment. Students, teens, and young adults can search for the desired job for their current age and skillset. Once a job is found, they can apply to it using the fully automated platform.

Employers, in turn, can post jobs that are fit for youth employees. Employers can also browse the resume database to find a candidate with desired qualifications. RedReach additionally ranks job applicants, allowing employers to find the ideal candidate in a shorter amount of time.
