"This renewed attractiveness for the banking sector can be explained by the stability of the careers and the good working conditions offered, but also by financial professions once again perceived as innovative because of the digital transformation," explains Sandrine Chauvin, Editor-in-chief of LinkedIn in France.
Also noted is the entry in the ranking of 11 new companies. The players in the telecommunications and internet sector make a breakthrough, with the presence of Orange in 10th place in the ranking and the entry of two new companies: Alphabet (20th) and Salesforce (23rd).
Other French specificities: the industry sector is particularly popular, with the presence of several French flagships: Airbus (12th), Safran (13th), Sanofi (22nd) or the Renault Group (25th). Companies in the luxury sector are also, this year again, very well represented with LVMH (4th), L'Oreal (9th) and Chanel (16th) in the rankings.
"The renewed dynamism of the labor market in recent months creates an emulation and leads to a stiffer competition between employers, who compete for innovation to attract talent, especially in the digital," Chauvin adds. "With our Top Companies ranking, thousands of candidates on LinkedIn can refine their research and learn more about the companies that recruit before applying."
