The IGS Group, a member of the HEP EDUCATION collective, and HR Lab have just signed a strategic partnership taking place over the next three years. This is the first time that a group specialized in France's higher education and executive education has formalized an agreement with an innovative ecosystem like the HR Lab.
"Our desire to be associated with the HR Lab, the reference in terms of HR innovations, is on the long term and in a desire for a win-win collaboration. This is very concretely to allow the HR professionals we train to better understand the digital transformation. It affects the entire HR value chain, from recruitment to on-boarding through HRIS or talent management. These are just as many topics of great richness that we will be able to deepen with our learners and thus to propose to them an unprecedented educational offer," says Gilles Pouligny, Deputy General Manager of Continuing Education and IGS Group Partnerships.
Their goal? To enable learners from different schools, and in particular IGS-RH, the IGS Group's Human Resources School, to be able to take advantage of the cutting-edge innovation of the members of the HR Lab throughout their career.
"We are experiencing a pivotal moment. The expectations of consumers and employees are changing strongly and the organization of work is changing very quickly under the effect of digitalization. Technological advances related to artificial intelligence or blockchain will most likely lead to more radical and faster transformations," comments Yves Grandmontagne, President of HR Lab. "In this context, we are pleased that the HR Lab can build a bridge between the members of its ecosystem, who are the innovators in the field of employment and HR, and the practitioners and HR leaders of tomorrow who are forming today. By creating this direct link with these learners of the IGS Group, we contribute to making France a leading global player in HR innovation."
Faced with the challenges and the acceleration of the digital world, organizations, companies and individuals are wondering about the evolution of the professions and the skills required to exercise them, especially in the management of human resources.
"Our partnership will begin to take shape in September 2019. During this first year, we will apply a logic test and learn: multiply formats and interventions to understand which are the most effective and most suitable for students. This partnership, signed for three years, will be able to evolve and adjust to the expectations of learners and companies," says Alexandre Stourbe, General Manager of HR Lab.
