.Jobs has made their Google for Jobs Discovery Engine available to all hiring organizations. The company's Discovery Engine has produced over 1.5 million application engagements to .Jobs clients since its creation in early 2018 and the numbers keep climbing. The previous in-house technology is now available to all employers and job posters. The Discovery Engine places job application links in premium positions within the Google for Jobs search results.
"Technical innovations built into our network of career websites allows us to index jobs with incredible speed, reach, and accuracy, other organizations are not currently able to compete in any of these avenues," says Thomas Cooper, Chief Technical Officer. "Even organizations that are currently marking up their positions with proper job schema can substantially increase their traffic and engagement by layering in our technology," he continued.
Discovery Engine by .Jobs is available to all organizations with pricing tiers for small, medium, and enterprise businesses. "Any ATS or employer interested in adopting our technology can integrate within 72 hours as long as they can make their jobs available to us programmatically" said John Winkler, Director of Product. "This release creates accessibility to premium HR technology. Allowing smaller organizations to compete and larger companies to scale" he finished.
Throughout 2019 .Jobs will extend their Discovery Engine offering to include additional features, automation enhancements, and self-service capabilities.
