Talentful debuts new job portal that matches based on your personality type

Talentful, the London-based marketing, tech and creative recruitment firm, has recently debuted what it calls the premiere global platform that matches candidates to potential positions based on their personality type.

With 85 per cent of the global workforce described as “emotionally disconnected from the workplace”, Talentful believes there’s a better way for people to find jobs and get more fulfilment from their career.
