Real estate investment firm, Blackstone, has recently announced the appointment of Lars Pærregaard as its Danish real estate platform 360 North's new CEO. This news comes in the wake of the acquisition of 360 North by real estate funds managed by Blackstone in April. Pærregaard formerly worked as the platform's Investment Director.
Pærregaard said: "I look forward to leading 360 North in delivering the highest quality of service for our residents, while continuing to invest into our portfolio and creating jobs. There will be a particular focus on renovating homes, addressing maintenance needs, improving sustainability, and bringing extra units to the market to help address the housing shortage in Copenhagen."
James Seppala, Head of European Real Estate at Blackstone said: "Alongside Lars and the rest of the management team, we will build on the operational excellence of 360 North, putting residents and communities at the heart of everything we do. We are very pleased that Lars has agreed to lead the business forward."
