Humanity, a provider of cloud-based employee staff scheduling solutions for the enterprise, has recently announced the appointment of Kyle Ono as Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Ono will lead the sales team to accelerate Humanity’s revenue through developing business strategies and expanding the company’s global presence in the HCM market. Ono will report directly to Chris Amani, CEO of Humanity.
“Ono has personally built the inside and enterprise sales organization, and is a critical member of the executive team,” said Amani. “Ono’s contributions to Humanity’s rapid sales growth and enterprise customer acquisitions have been the keys to Humanity’s success, and he has my utmost confidence as we take Humanity to the next level in employee shift scheduling.”
As part of implementing and executing strategic plans to meet recognized sales goals, Ono’s responsibilities will include leading efforts for new enterprise and SMB customer acquisitions and, in coordination with Marketing, create repeatable inbound and outbound sales pipelines. Ono will work closely with the team to guide the company’s growth and expansion into new market segments and leverage new partners and integrations to help drive market adoption.
“Since joining Humanity, I’ve witnessed the organization’s continued commitment to innovation and consistently exceeding the needs of today’s shift-based businesses,” said Ono. “I’m excited and looking forward to building on our momentum as Humanity continues to grow and earn market share.”
Previously, Ono served as the Director of Sales for Humanity where he drove quarter-over-quarter revenue and customer acquisition that led to his promotion to Vice President. Additional experience includes over 5 years of sales leadership at Intuit, where he focused on the QuickBooks and dental verticals and was recognized in the Intuit CEO Sales Club.
